2. Will my list be sold or reused?
ActiveCore Technologies holds your lists in complete confidence and will not resell or reuse your lists. And, we will only send to your list when requested by you.
3. Can my broadcast be sent internationally?
ActiveCAST can send your broadcast anywhere in the world.
4. Will the ActiveCAST name show up anywhere on my document?
Only the information you specify will appear on your document.
5. Can Fax and Email broadcasts be personalized (merged)?
Yes, ActiveCAST offers a merge service to personalize your broadcast s. We are also the only company that can offer an unlimited amount of merge fields.
6. Which file formats does ActiveCAST support?
ActiveCAST supports most commonly used file formats. We recommend the following file formats.
For lists: CSV (Comma Separated Values), Microsoft Excel or Access
For fax documents: PDF, Microsoft Word
For email documents: HTML, Plain Text, JPG and GIF
For voice documents: MP3 and WAV
7. How do I submit an Email Broadcast?
Using our online portal, submit an email broadcast the same way you would a fax broadcast but include your documents as HTML and include all corresponding images ad attachments. To make it easy you can upload a zip file containing all images and HTML.
